Refund policy

REFUNDS/ RETURNS  &  EXCHANGES

We offer a 14-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, be unworn or unused, have tags attached, and be in condition which you received it. 

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at Support@qkkidsfashion.com (Have receipt or proof of purchase available for verification)
  2. If return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. (Items sent back to us without prior approval, will not be accepted and be forfeited)
  3. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide us tracking information.  *There is no refund of shipping cost, as they are charged separately and directly to the shipping company*
  4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and it's approval status
  5. If approved, a refund in the form of shop credit will be provided for the full price value of the item(s) purchased.

Exceptions / Non- Refundable items:

    • Items on sale or purchased with an Ambassador discount code
    • Gift Cards
    • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
    • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

DAMAGES / QUALITY ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct the error.

FAILED DELIVERIES
In the case of a failed delivery, customer may contact Support@momaffection.com with receipt or proof of purchase to inquire about a replacement or the purchase item value in the form of store credit.

CURRENCY CONVERTER

"By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion.
